5 steps from start to decision. Do them in this order.

1
Check your university takes part
Public and state-recognised universities can. The programme’s map lists them.
2
Find its call
Each university sets its own requirements, documents and deadline.
3
Show more than grades
Social commitment and obstacles you have overcome count too.
4
Apply to the university
It chooses the scholars, not the government.
5
Keep it going
The university reviews every two semesters whether you still qualify.

3 things to have ready. Start the slow ones first.

Your university’s applicationOn its form, by its deadline.
Your resultsSchool results if you are just starting, university grades if you are not.
Evidence of commitmentVolunteering, responsibilities at home, or other achievements, if your university asks for it.

The part selectors read most closely, plus the language test and what they score.

✍️ What you write

If your university asks for one, cover your results, your social commitment and any obstacles you have overcome: the three things it judges.

🗣️ English

Whatever your degree programme requires.

⚖️ What they score

Academic achievement, social commitment and personal achievements, such as overcoming obstacles in your background.
